Refund Policy

Effective date: April 8, 2026

The Short Version

We don't consider a project done until you're genuinely happy with it. If you're not satisfied after the revision rounds included in your package, we'll refund your deposit in full — no questions asked. Once a site is approved and launched, no refunds are issued.

1. Deposit Refunds

Your deposit secures your project slot and covers the initial design work. If you are not satisfied after the revision rounds included in your package (Starter: 1 round, Growth: 2 rounds, Premium: 3 rounds), we will issue a full refund of your deposit — no questions asked. We also issue a full deposit refund if RankWithLocal is unable to deliver the project or cancels for any reason.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial design delivery.

2. Balance Refunds

The project balance is due only after you approve the completed website. Once you have approved and paid the balance, no refunds are issued — the project is considered complete and delivered.

3. Monthly Retainer Refunds

Monthly SEO and maintenance retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for any future periods after cancellation takes effect.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your business name and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you have a concern about your project, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services.
